Overview
The PYPA Website is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information. The web servers collect the domain names of all visitors. This information is used to check the number of visits, the average time spent on the site, pages viewed, information downloaded etc. Instances where detailed information is required; i.e., proper name, email addresses, credit card info. The Webmaster will not publicizes such information to any third party without your express authorization. Private information collected will be kept private and can only be accessed by The PYPA Webmaster and will not be used for anything else than it was asked for.

Log Files
The PYPA Website collects and uses the information contained within an automatically generated log of all traffic on our web site. The information collected includes IP addresses, browser types, page views and cookie information. We use this information in an aggregate form to calculate overall site traffic patterns, to analyze user trends, and to administer the web site. Individual traffic patterns will not be disclosed to any third party. Log files are normally retained for the calendar year in which they were collected and then deleted once annual statistical reports have been published.

Many sites, including the PYPA web site use cookies to track traffic flows and patterns for statistical purposes. The PYPA web site cookie does not identify you in any way, just the computer used.
